CABLES philosophy is focused on the continuous improvement of products and services in order to achieve the complete satisfaction of customers. The main goal of CABLES is to build and consolidate a very close, constant and longlasting relationship with the customer. We guarantee, in addition to the supply of products, assistance and an increasingly active presence: from consulting to identify the best solution during the preliminary design phase, to supply, monitoring and after-sales assistance.
CABLES offers a horizontal tensile test bench with a maximum load of 1000 KN. The test bench has a Calibration Certificate with “Accredia” as “primary” instrument, for which official Certificates can be issued; moreover, the acquisition and control system of the traction bench is made up by specialized software dedicated to visualization, printing and automatic storage of data and results.
Tests are carried out: by sample per production batch “in series”, or with periodicity prepared in another way, or on specific request of customers. Whenever a test is carried out, CABLES will send the customer, upon specific request, the Certificate.
Periodic control of lifting equipment
CABLES also provides, through its specialized partner, an audit verification service and the periodic maintenance of lifting equipment.
Our technicians are able to develop tailor-made solutions for each customer and for every piece of equipment, from the Non Destructive Testing (MIT) of the wire ropes used for the lifting, transportation of people and objects and for tensile structures, to the control of all the other equipment such as chain slings, polyester straps and rope slings, and related accessories too.
